problem deleting email

OK, here it is as simple as I can make it. I have a
problem that requires the Inbox Repair Tool. Now, how do
I get this tool and will it fix the problem that I have.
I cannot delete any emails. tried following the way that
the puter said to get to the repair tool, but that isn't
the way. stuck here. help me please!
