I have a user who has many subfolders in his Inbox. About ounce every one to
two months he has a problem getting into his all of his subfolders and Sent
Folder. When he clicks on them a message shows on the right side of Outlook
which says:
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The operation cannot be performed because the
connection to the server is offline.
In the bottom right-hand corner it says:
Connected All Folders Are Up To Date
He does receive email in his inbox without any problems.
If I recreate his Outlook profile and let it pull down all the email (which
takes a while since his mailbox is about 300MB's) Everything will be fine. He
is the only mailbox with this issue.
Does anyone know what may be causing this issue and how to fix it?
We are running Exchange2003 and Outllok2003.
Thanks in advance,
