Problem installing template off the website due to the Active X C.

I tried to install a calendar template off microsoft website. It could not
install due to the Active X control. Any ideas what to do? Not sure if I'm
missing the Active X or that I do have it and its blocking me from
installing. I've always been able to install until now and I had to clean off
the computer and reinstall.

Do you have your IE Security settings set to disable ActiveX controls?
