Problem Loading UserForm from Global Template

I am working on a memorandum template and would like to display a userform
that is stored in my global template. How do I reference the global
template? Currently, I have this:

Load OfficeSelection05
OfficeSelection05.Show

If I place the form in the memorandum template, it, of course, works, but I
have over 160 forms that will need to reference this form, and I don't want
to copy it into each one.

I'm sure this is easy...I'm just missing it.

You will need a 'show' from the global: eg

<Reference set to global>

Public Sub ShowTheForm()
ShowMyForm
End Sub


The form object is private to the project it is in, but you can expose
it using a wrapper object if desired.
