Problem login to Project Web access

Hi all,
I just installed Project server,when i login to web access
on the local
computer as administrator of the project server i have no
problem.
when i try to logon from a remote computer with a user i
have just created or even the administrator i get this
error.

"You cannot be logged on because your security settings
in Internet Explorer do not allow per-session cookies.
Enable per-session cookies, and try to log on again"

i have allowd all options on the IE6 and nothing seems to
work.

again, i do not have a problem login on the local computer
(project server itself)
