Problem Multi email sent

Hi All,
In Microsoft Outlook when sending e-mails I get complaints back from the
persons I send to informing me that they received up to 50 of the same e-mail.
I have run AGV, PC-Cillon all returned negative virus results.

Any one out there that can offer suggestions to correct problem.

Turn off your AV scanning of incoming/outgoing mail. If you have a
real-time, on-access scanner, the mail part is redundant and a major cause
of multiple mails.

reading.
