I want to email an Access report using the snapshot format. I already
installed the Snapshot viewer. The scenario as following.
1. When I clicked on the button "Send" icon and the Send dialog box appear
with a list of formatting including Snapshot format. I selected the Snapshot
format and the program created the report's snapshot for me. That means
everything looks OK at first.
2. However, when I go back, open that report again, and click on the Send
icon, this time, the Send dialog box appear WITHOUT the Snapshot Format
selection. It's weird!
3. When I try to open other reports (not the above report), the Snapshot
Format selection DOES appear!
Do you know why it happens like this? Thank you in advance for your help.
