Hi there
My team is maintaining an Application developed in Access 2000. We have just had Office 2007 installed onto
our machines.
We had all products installed (except Access 2007). It then however proceed to install Access 2007. We
then rebooted the machine and had to go in and remove Access 2007.
We have now encountered a problem de-compiling the Access 2000 application.
We compile and then save the changes but then when we set the application to de-compile....the process
has increased from 5 mins to 45-60 mins and then it hangs with the following error message
The Microsoft Jet engine stopped the process because you and another user
are attempting to change the same data at the same time.
But no one is accessing data....we are just de-compiling VBA code!
Does anyone have any clues?
Thanks
chris
