Problem on reply/forward - word "HELP"appears on body of email

Hello everyone,

My father-in-law wrote me an email and when I replied, I
saw a extra word at the beginning of the text. The word
was "HELP". I went back to the original email and that
word was not in the email he sent.

I asked him to run an antivirus, and it did not detect any
problems at all. Also, it does not happens all the time,
only once in a while.

Does anyone know about this problem?

I've seen that happen if the sender is using stationery for the message --
when you reply, sometimes the name of the stationery is displayed as the
first word of the message.
