I have a problem in reading most attachments when received
in Outlook Express. When I click on the paper clip and
select open, one of my photo programs opens and tries to
read the attachment contents. Of course it doesn't work.
When I receive an attachment that is a Word document
everything is fine.
How do I change things so that an Internet Browser such as
IE or Netscape will open when I read attachments. I have
looked thru all menu options and nothing is obvious.
