Problem - Outlook 2003 SP3 can't reply

Since installing sp3, anytime I reply to an e-mail I get an Undeliverable
message returned stating "The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
'Joe.Crow' on 11/8/2007 8:51 AM
The requested operation failed."

I asked some of my co-workers who don't have sp3 installed and they are
having no problems replying to e-mails. Another co-worker who does have sp3
installed is seeing the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
