Problem Sending attachments with Outlook

Hi.

Im having a little problem at last 2 weeks ago.

When i send a mail without attachments, the mail is deliveried very
quikly. just in a few seconds is in the recipient; but when the
email contain any attachment, with 1 or 2 MB (im using a local
network), the mail is very very slow. Can be received 3 or 5 (some
times 13) hours later. Outlook apparently send it the message very
fast, but the mailserver dont show the send process. When i see the
headers of some message, apparently was stopped by outlook.
