I have a user who has outlook 2003, XP SP2. In outlook I have the option
checked for "Exchange over internet." When he connects away from the office
email will come in but they do not go out. When this happens he notices the
outlook icon in the tray and he says it has a red exclamation point on it.
When he hovers over it, it says "Outlook requesting data from the server."
He usually reboots his computer and starts outlook again and then the
messages send right away. Any ideas?
Thanks
