Problem sending out email with attachments (OutLook)

Whenever I send out email with attachments, the receiving
party will always be unable to see/receive my attachments.
This is very frustrating as my clients always call to say
they cannot receive my attachments at all. The feedback I
get from my clients is that the size of my email is very
big and they thought there will be an attachment, but it
turns out they do not receive any attachments from me.
Kindly assist.

Send in plain text or HTML, not Rich Text, and see if that resolves the
problem.
