problem slipstreaming office xp pro

I am having a problem slipstreaming office xp pro w/sp3. I can't seem
to past the first step. after the command <E:\setup.exe /a> I get the
preparing to install window and then I get a message that office xp has
been installed successfully and I am at a standstill I can't seem to
get to the next step. Any ideas? As you can see I am new to this
process.
