Since I need to change my laptop I tried to archive all my outlook files and folders to a memory storage device. When I tried to open with the new laptop the archived outlook files and folders these appeared to be saved with this name:
ffastun.ffl. Please note that both laptop use windows xp professional the new one outlook 2003 the old one the outlook 2002. Naturally I could not open this .ffl file and I am sure that I did not saved with this name or (worst) extension name. Does anybody know what I should do?
1) how to open a .ffl file
2) why this happened
3) how to restore this old archive files?
