Problem uploading with Nav.buttons

Using FP 2002.

When I upload to the server I get a message saying that the navigational
buttons won't work because I don't have the FP extensions loaded. But they
DO work! When I installed the FP extensions then it DOESN'T WORK!

What is going on here?

Only the New FP2002 Custom Link bars require the FP 2002 SE
- Provide a site URL where they are not working
