Hello everybody,
is there an easy way to tell a PDA that the entries now reside in the
Exchange mailbox ?
I have added an Exchange Profile to a customers Outlook 2000 and imported
the .pst File into it to preserve the change dates.
If I now try to synchronize it gives me three options :
- Replace elements on the PDA with the ones from the Desktop
- Combine elements from PDA and Desktop
- Don't synchronize at the moment
If I choose option one, Activesync tells me that there are about 900 Items
to synchronize (is exactlly two times the Items I have in Outlook). I aborted
syncronization at this point to avoid that the elements on the PDA are
doubled.
The elements on PDA and Desktop are still the same as before the change from
pst to Exchange. Is there a way to tell the PDA that the elements on the
desktop are still the same, only there storage changed?
On another client I have choosen option two,
an some tasks were doubled
Thanks for any help in advance.
With best regards
