Problem with array

Anyone know how I can change/delete a formula that gives the message:

"You can not change par of an array"

I don't know how I caused the message in the first place.

Hi Pat
you have probably selected more than one field and entered a formula
with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER. Now these cells are 'linked'. You can change
these formula if you select all cells containing this array formula
