Hi,
I am currently having a problem at work with a program we have written
that monitors the Inbox of a particular email address, and when new
messages come in the program extracts info from the message and saves
it to a database, e.g. the body, subject, sender, etc.
The problem I am having is that when someone sends a digitally signed
message and our program attempts to modify the email or move it to a
different folder I get the "Microsoft Outlook could not sign or
encrypt this message because you have no certificates which can be
used to send from the e-mail address 'XXX'" message.
As our program is intented to run unattended, you can see how this is
a problem. Any ideas on how I can get around it, e.g ignore any
security included with the incoming emails?
Note: I read something about downloading a global address book
somewhere on the net, but we do not have Internet access at work, so I
guess this is not an option.
Thanks,
Caleb.
