Problem with - Export Address Book Outlook 2000 SP3

In the Address Book, if I go to File -> the options Import and Export are not available (dimmed). How can I activate this function in Outlook 2000?

There is no such function in the Address Book. The Address Book contains no
data. It is merely a view of your Contacts. Accordingly, importing and
exporting is done from your Contacts Folder.
