problem with forwards in outlook

When I forward a message, the top half with the memo
heading, sender info, dates, etc., is there but the body
text is missing. What's wrong?

Hello,

Since you didn't mention a version of Outlook, I can't give you specifics,
but there were some known issues that were fixed in service packs for
Office. Please visit http://office.microsoft.com and downlaod all avilable
updates for your version fo Office.
