Problem with Gantt View

In Gantt view, I hid the task column and then reinserted it. When I did, I
was unable to expand and collapse the tasks like before. How can I fix this?

Hi TKD,

Check Tools > Options, view tab. Is Show outline symbol enabled?

Thanks for the tip. I did check the "Show Outline Symbol" and it is enabled.
However, it still doesn't expand and collapse the subtasks under the task
like before. Though, it works in all my other views. Any other ideas how I
can get this functionality back?

Hello,

Figured it out. I looked at another discussion thread, "Expanding/Collapsing
Summary Level Tasks," and the suggestion to go to Project, Sort, by ID
worked. Hurray.

Glad you got it sorted. SR2 is the Service Release 2 (SR1 corrected an
indenting bug).
