Problem with Help

I have MS Publisher 97 installed on two machines, both run WinXP Home. Both
Publishers run well with one exception: on one machine, when I try to open
Publisher Help, I get Error " Publisher encounter unexpected problem and
must close". I repaired this installation, but the problem persists...
What's wrong? How to correct this problem?
Thanks for any suggestion.

What is the error? It would be helpful to know. What happens when you shift+F1?
