Did you search hidden files with Windows search? What is the date of your
most recently used .pst file? Run scanpst.exe against that one - and please
reply to the request for the size of the .pst file.

| I have done Detect and Repair under the Help tab in MS Outlook. I
| also Opened up the MS Office Installation Disc and removed the
| Importing and Exporting features under MS Outlook. I then
| re-installed them. I am still having problems. When I click
| Import/Export under the File tab in Outlook, it continues to hang and
| the application shuts down.
