Problem with links in frames page

It's been too long since I created a frames page. I have
created a page with two vertical frames. Navigation bars
are on the left, and the "main" frame on the right. I
want linked pages to appear in the "main" frame, but they
are showing up in the navigation frame instead. Can
someone help? Thanks.

Hi Jim,

Use a target of "main" for each of the links.

In the Insert Hyperlink dialog box click the Target Frame button.
