Problem with Mail Format Option Buttons

In the tools/options/mail format window, the buttons for stationary and
fonts, signature and editor are not responding when I click them. Is anyone
else having this issue?

What version of Office are you using? Do the Outlook and Office versions match? Is this Outlook added to a Home and Student version of 2007 (Outlook any version)?

Yes, I ran Office Diagnostics, and no issues were found.

Did you do a complete installation of Office or did you just take the defaults? If just the defaults, go back to your Office CD, put it in the drive and select a custom installation and then run all from my machine.
