problem with new laptop

Every time i log off i get an error Ati2evxt.exe Application Error
ans 0x00ee cannot read memory. Have xp
I have installed Office 2005 student edition 14 sep 2005

That sounds like a video driver issue to me but I could be wrong.

Hi I tried reinstalling the video drive file ATI, 1- from the ATI site, 2-
from the orginal software and 3- uninstall micosoft office programs
alltogether. As the laptop is only 34days old i will have to take it back in
unless some one else can email me how to fix the problem. M2000 persario
Compaq laptop.
