Problem with Outlook 2003 Sending an E-Mail Messages Multiple Times

I recently upgraded from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003. A few weeks after I upgraded Outlook 2003 started sending multiple duplicate e-mail messages to the recipients of an e-mail. It seems to happen only with e-mail's with attachments. Has anyone else had this problem?
