I have recently installed Office Professional on a new
computer that has windows XP and came with outlook
express. I am however using outlook. I would like to set
up outlook for a dial up connection automatically when I
open outlook. The way it works is I have to key F9 and
then click a dial connection. Can any one help or suggest
a location to gget some help?

What version of Outloook? To force a new mail polling, you need to set your
Tools->Options to a regular interval for checking for mail. Depending on
your version, the placement of this option will be different. It is "check
for new mail every xx minutes" if you go exploring your options.

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Bob asked:
