problem with UTF-8 encoding

Hi

When I receive mail with UTF-8 code they will not appear ok in outlook 2007.
Scandinavian characters are not shown. If encode the mail to whatever and
then back to UTF-8 the characters are shown ok. How can I fix this? Is it a
bug?
