PROBLEM WITH VIDEO ICON DISABLED

I changed my video to flash movie and now my video icon is dim. I'm quite
confused and can't remember how I changed the picture insert to flash movie
and disabled video. It's obvious I'm a beginner, could someone please help
me?Thanks
