Problem with Visio Modeler

I would like to put an Outline Number of 0 for an Outline Level 1 object.
The WBS Modeler starts to act screwy (the technical term) if I do this. It
is common that PM's assign a code of 0 for the top level object/project but
this add-on doesn't seem to support this. How can I request this to be fixed?

I may have answered my own problem. I found that instead of starting with a
singular level 1 object which I wanted to assign 0 to, I would skip it and
start with multiple level 1 objects. It seems to work despite that
everything on the page doesn't roll up to 1 individual object.
