Out of Office Assistant

I receive a cannot display message, then an indication
that my system resources are "critically low", but they
are not, as I can review free memory, applications, etc.
and everything is fine. Also, this is a new box with 1
gig of RAM. I think there is a problem with Exchange 2003
or Outlook 2003.
