Outlook Experts! I have Windows XP and Outlook 2002. I
spent two hours on the phone with DELL to find out why
when I use outlook then attempt to close (clicking the X)
or file Exit, the program closes, but when I log off as a
user or switch users it hangs up and will not immediately
do anything. Then 5-7 seconds later, the Blue and white
box comes saying Outlook.exe error and then starts the
bar showing progress as it attempts to close. It then
leaves the End Now or Cancel. Sometimes I have to hit
end now several times. This only happens if I actually
do something in Outlook. If I just open it and then
close it, there is now problems associated with switching
or logging off. Any suggestions???
