Problems closing Outlook

When I close Outlook I get the following message:
The instruction at "0x062813cb" referenced memory at "0x602813cb". The
memory could not be read.
Click OK to terminate the program.

This happens every time I close Outlook. Nothing changed prior to this
message starting to appear when I close the program.

Is this a memory stick problem? Software glitch? What?
