Problems displaying a DHTML Menu within a Frame

I have created a page with two frames. I have published
my site to our Intranet, and I can view the site OK
through my IE browser. However when I try to look at the
Intranet from another workstation within the office, the
left hand frame with the DHTML menu is not visible. The
standard IE message appears that says:
"This page can not be displayed". The right frame is
still visible however.

Any ideas?
