Problems in Outlook 2000

Darrell

I am using Outlook 2000 with SP3. For some reason, after about an hour or
so, when the system tries to check for new messages, a dialog box will come
up prompting for the POP3 server. The correct server is there, but it will
not hold this information, and it will not send or recieve new messages. I
have to completly restart my computer in order for this to work, and this
occurs every time. Any thoughs on this?

The second problem is that then trying to send messages, I get the dialog
box where the system wanrs me that outlook is trying to access the address
book. How can I turn this off so that it does not ask at all?
