Problems installing Office 2007 Beta

I received my MSDN cd with Office 2007 Beta on it. I installed Windows Vista
on a machine and am now trying to install Office 2007. However, I keep
getting the message "The system admiistrator has set policies to prevent this
installation". I have tried logged on as the local administrator and domain
administrator, both getting the same message.

Any ideas what is happening?
