Problems printing photos with borders

I am trying to print photos with borders using Publisher
2000. There 30 pages total. The first 20 pages printed
fine. Towards the end, I started to get "white" borders
the same size as the borders I chose to frame the photos
going through the photos. If I remove the borders, the
white lines go away. How can I fix this?
