problems sending with Outlook 2003

I just got 2003 a few months ago, and for a while,
whenever I would send mail to a new address, I would get
this error message: "553 sorry, that domain isn't in my
list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)". It used to work if I
just re-sent the email a second time, but now I'm getting
the error message every time I try to send an email! I've
tried changing my junk mail settings, but to no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Contact your administrator?ISP about the error you get. They should be able
to fix it. The problem resides on their mailserver/configuration and not
within Outlook.

Good Luck!

You probably need to authenticate to your outgoing server. On your
account's page, click "More Settings...", then go to the "Outgoing Server"
tab.
