Problems viewing Web Pages with Netscape

I have created a web page using word xp. Everything works great in IE.

If a user has Netscape they are unable to view any text - they can see the
background.

In tools/options/general tab/ I do have the option of IE4 and Netscape 4 and
above selected.

Any suggestions as to why Netscape users cannot view?
