Problems with attachment

My users hava a problem when they shall attach a dokument to an e-mail.
The problem is that sometimes when they attach a dokument, the attatched
dokument places in field where u should type your text? We want the
attachment yo place in a new line "Attachment" under the "subject" line. Can
anyone tell me whats wrong and how i can fix it? excuse my bad english. The
problem can be explained in swedish.

Change your sending preference to plain text. If you have setup your email to
Rich Text or HTML the attachment will be in the reading pane.
