problems with Calendar ppointment info

Hi
I have a Macintosh user with Outlook 2001. We recently
discovered he had a problem. We found that he no longer
could view the availability of other individuals when he
was making a appointment in calendar. At first I thought
it was a problem with the Mac, but then we discovered that
I could no longer see his availability in calendar. I
found that this was true for everyone in the company
(could not see his availability). I was able to prove it
was a exchange problem because I setup his email and his
profile in outlook 2000 in windows 2000 and he still could
not view others availability.
We were able to correct the problem for everyone else by
running the /Cleanfreebusy command. Now we all can see his
availability for appointments, but he still cannot see
others when he views it. We logged on too a PC with his
account and his email setup. But when we ran
the /Clearfreebusy command , we got a error saying it was
not available.
We figure we need to run this on his Mac (it is running OS
X 10.2) but do not know how or is there something else we
can do to correct this.
Any suggestions or insights appreciated.
Thanks
Glenn Selser
