Problems with MS Word

on one computer, you have multiple printers. When selecting another
printer other than default, you can close down word and when opening up
word again (new instance, start all programs, etc) the printer selected is
the default printer, not the last printer. However when swtiching this
computer with a brand new one, upon running a new instance of word, the
selected printer is always the "LAST" printer used, not the default one.
Is there anyway to keep the printer selected to be the default one? Any
help is appreciated.
