Problems with Recurring Appointments in Calendar Printing Assistan

K

Kevin93940

I'm using Outlook 2007 with MS Calendar Printing Assistant (CPAO).

All appointments show up just fine in my Outlook calendar. However, CPAO
does not display my recurring appointments - just the non-recurring ones.
I'm not trying to display any shared calendars.

Any ideas?

Do you have SP1 installed?
Do the recurring appointments have end times?

Diane - thanks for the response. Please see my answers below.

1. SP1? I'm not sure. How can I check?
2. Yes. The recurring appointments have end times.

Go to help, about and see what version you have installed.

Are these recurring meetings you were invited to or just appointments you
made?

Version is: (12.0.6212.1000) MSO (12.0.6320.5000)
Two of the recurring meetings are ones that I have created and manage. On
others, I am just an attendee.

Just in case it matters - I also sync my Outlook calendar to my Samsung
Blackjack II via ActiveSync 4.5.

Were the problem appointments created on the device? That's a known issue.

No. The appointments were all created on my desktop PC. Just transferred
to the device via ActiveSync.

If you dont get satisfactory results printing from Outlook, you may
want to consider using a 3rd party app like WinCalendar.
WinCalendar is a calendar creator that creates printable calendars in
native Word & Excel formats.
It supports importing of Outlook data & yes it works with re-occurring
appointments.
After importing you can then further edit or print using all the
printing features of Word or Excel at your disposal. For more info

Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions. I did finally figure it out.
For some reason, CPAO chokes on recurring appointments that do not have an
end date specified. Once I went in and gave all my recurring meetings an
end date - they showed up just fine.

Maybe I should have seen this somewhere in the Help stuff, but I didn't...

Thanks again...

Thanks. I downloaded and installed the hotfix - and rebooted. Recurring
appointments on my calendar that are sent from other users are still not
displaying...not even the ones up to the current date.
