Missing Recurring Appointments

I manage all of my department members' calendars (5 calendars). I've just
started using Calendar Printing Assistant in order to print their daily
itineraries together for posting at reception. My problem is this: CPAO is
not showing any recurring appointments for anyone other than my own calendar.
It shows all of the one-time appointments, just not the recurring ones. Is
there something I'm missing or is there a work-around? Any advice is
appreciated. Thanks
