Problems with referenced mscal.ocx

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, and if it isn't,
I'd appreciate getting pointed in the right direction.

I have a Word 03 template with a lot of VBA behind it that is used for input
validation and dynamic control building. A number of our clients with Office
07 Standard have called in because of error message on startup. When I looked
into this I found that Office 07 Enterprise works just fine, and those
clients with the errors don't have mscal.ocx, which was on all my test
machines.

I'm wondering:
1) Which product acutally installs mscal.ocx?
2) This is a control that one can download from microsoft directly?
3) Is this redistributable?

I believe that MSCAL.OCX is installed as part of Office, but maybe not in
all versions. If it is not available, if you Google for MSCAL.OCX, you will
find a number of websites from which it can be downloaded.

The KB article at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/329573 answers the
question for Office XP, but there doesn't appear to be a similar
article for Office 2003 or 2007.

If the reasoning is the same, your users with Office Standard don't
have the ocx, while those with Professional or Enterprise editions do
have it.

Although there are a number of placees on the Web that offer the ocx
for download, it may not be legal to do so.

To legally redistribute the ocx, it appears you need a valid license
for the Developer edition.
