Problems with sharing BCM

Hi,
MS claims that it should be possible to share the BCM database and
provides instructions in its support section.
However, my installation of Outlook 2003 sp2 + BCM sp1 does not show
the 'Share databse' option in the toolbar. What does one need to do to
get those options?
