Processing a Form

I have created a contact us form and selected to email
the form as formated text. However when I hit the submit
button I get:

http://www.domain.com/--WEBBOT-SELF--

and an error that says the page can not be displayed. I
have configured server extensions on the server (WIN2K)
and pointed the confirmation URL to a valid page. Am I
missing something else?
